You can check your account balance free of charge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To check the balance on your account, refer to the following information:
From your phone:
From your T-Mobile device, type #BAL# (#225#), and then press Send. You can view your current balance and the date we received your last payment.
On the Internet:
1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
2. On the main My T-Mobile page, in the Billing box, locate Current Amount Due.
