Set up My E-mail mailbox from an Internet service provider

If your mailbox was not successfully configured during the basic setup process, then additional information is needed and the screen below appears.
To set up your My E-mail mailbox from an Internet service provider, perform the following steps:
NOTE: The corporate e-mail section (Microsoft® Outlook™/Exchange™ and Lotus Notes®/Domino™) only appears if you are subscribed to t-zones Pro.
1. Click to select one of the following options:
  • If you use Outlook to access your e-mail, then click to select I use Microsoft® Outlook™ or Outlook Express™ to download a small program to your PC that detects the settings you are using in Outlook.
  • If you use Outlook to access your e-mail, and you also store Calendar and Contacts information in Outlook, and you wish to access that information from your phone, click to select I use Microsoft® Outlook™ and wish to access my Inbox, Calendar and Contacts (POP Only). This is not for accessing a corporate Exchange Server.
  • If you wish to manually enter the account settings, then click to select I use a different email application or will provide the settings.
NOTE: The corporate e-mail section (Microsoft® Outlook™/Exchange™ and Lotus Notes®/Domino™) only appears if you are subscribed to t-zones Pro.
2. Click Next.

Set up My E-mail mailbox from a corporate Microsoft® Exchange Server

To set up your My E-mail mailbox if your e-mail account is on a corporate Microsoft® Exchange Server, and you can access your mailbox using a Web browser, perform the following steps:
1. Click to select I can access my mailbox using a Web browser (Outlook™ Web Access).
2. Click Next.

3. Enter the requested information
Outlook Web Access URL
The Web address you use to access your corporate e-mail using the Outlook™ Web Access application. For example, “http://webmail.company.com/exchange”.
E-Mail Address
The complete e-mail address of the mailbox you are trying to add. For example, a user named John Smith who works at ABC Company might have the e-mail address might be "john.smith@abc.com".
Mailbox Name
The name given to the Mailbox itself; Microsoft® Exchange Server mailbox names usually follow a pre-configured format, and are usually case-sensitive.
User Name
Typically the portion of the e-mail address before the at (@) symbol. In some cases this could be the log in name you use to log in to your company's network. If your company uses multiple network domains for users, the User Name might be the domain name\user name. For example, a user whose e-mail address is "john.smith@abc.com" might have the User Name "john.smith". If this user belongs to a domain named "domain1" the User Name might be "domain1\john.smith".

To set up your My E-mail mailbox if your e-mail account is on a corporate Microsoft® Exchange Server and you cannot access your mailbox using a Web browser, perform the following steps:
1. Click to select I always use Microsoft® Outlook™ to access my mailbox.
2. Click Next.

3. You will download and install the Secure Mail Connector software to a computer that is always connected to your corporate network (e.g., do not download it to a laptop computer that you take with you when you travel). The Secure Mail Connector allows you to access your corporate e-mail securely from your mobile device. You can share the Secure Mail Connector with a co-worker who uses the same Microsoft® Exchange Server or Domino®/Notes Server.

Set up my E-mail mailbox from an IBM® Lotus Notes®/Domino™ Server

To set up your My E-mail mailbox if your e-mail account is on a corporate IBM® Lotus Domino®/Notes server, and you can access your mailbox using a Web browser, perform the following steps:
1. Click to select I can access your mailbox using a Web browser.
2. Click Next.

3. Enter the following requested information:
iNotes URL
The Web address you use with your Web browser to access your corporate e-mail using the iNotes Web access application. For example, a user named John Smith who works at ABC Company might have an iNotes URL of "http://domino.abc.com/jsmith.nsf". Note that the format of the portion after the last "/" is usually customized by the administrator of the Domino™ server.
E-Mail Address
The complete e-mail address of the mailbox you are trying to add. For example, a user named John Smith who works at ABC Company might have an e-mail of "john.smith@abc.com".
User Name
Typically the portion of the e-mail address before the at (@) symbol. In some cases it could be the username with which you log on to your company network. If your company uses multiple network domains for users, the username might be domain name\username. For example, a user whose e-mail address is "john.smith@abc.com" might have a username of "john.smith". If this user belongs to a domain named "domain1," the User Name might be "domain1\john.smith".

To set up your My E-mail mailbox if your email account is on a corporate IBM® Lotus Domino®/Notes server and you cannot access your mailbox using a Web browser, perform the following steps:
1. Click to select I always use Lotus Notes® to access my mailbox.
2. Click Next.

3.
