Why does someone not get my voice mail when calling my wireless phone?
This usually means that your voice mail is not forwarding to your phone properly. Please contact Customer Care so they can assist in correcting the problem.
What will I be charged when I access my voice mail?
You will not be charged unless you go over your included minutes in your rate plan. The per-minute charge is the same as your rate plan per-minute charge.

- Choose a password that is easy for you to remember and hard for others to guess.
- When setting up your voice mailbox, it is recommended that you record a personal greeting for your callers. Callers will be more likely to leave you a message if they hear your greeting. You can change your greeting as frequently as you wish.
- While listening to your messages:
- Press the 1 key to rewind six seconds.
- Press the 2 key to pause/continue the message.
- Press the 3 key to fast forward six seconds.
