How can I save money on my bill?
The best way to save money on your bill is to be sure that you have the rate plan that is right for you. If you are in a rate plan that offers more minutes than you use, you may be paying too much. If you regularly go over your rate plan minutes, you can save money by changing to a rate plan that offers more minutes. Additional minutes are typically charged at a higher rate than plan minutes.
NOTE: You will want to review a few months of usage to determine your calling patterns. You do not want to base your decision off of the usage for one month because that will not necessarily determine the best overall plan for you.
To compare your usage to your rate plan, you will want to look at your bill to verify that you are on the correct plan. When looking at your billing statement, you want to look at the Available Services section. The Available Services section will tell you how many minutes are included in your plan. You want to compare it to the Used Service section. The Used Service section will summarize the monthly usage of minutes.
Under Available Service, you will find any minutes, messages, and data features used in your plan.

Under Used Service, you will find a summary of your usage charges. Details for the charges are shown on subsequent pages.
