We actively test our systems daily and track problem areas. These areas are among the first to be targeted for improvements. To report a coverage problem in your area, please contact Customer Care with the following information:
  • Your exact location with major streets
  • The phone number you are attempting to dial or receive
  • The signal strength on the device
  • Whether or not the problem has occurred in this area before
  • When the problem occurs
  • Frequency of the problem
  • What you hear when you try to make a call
  • What the caller hears when they are trying to contact you
