How do I return a device purchased from your online store?

To return a device purchased from the online store, choose one of the options below:

Return devices purchased from 1-800-T-MOBILE or the online store within 20 days to the following address:

Include your name, address, and home phone number in the return package and state whether it is a return for credit or a return for exchange. The credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited 25 – 30 days after the returned device is received.

NOTE: If you wish to cancel service, you will also need to call Customer Care within 20 days of receiving the device.
If you placed your order at a retail store or through an authorized dealer, return the device to the place of purchase.
If your device has not been delivered, simply refuse delivery of the package and the device will be returned.
