How do I return a device purchased from your online store?
To return a device purchased from the online store, choose one of the options below:
  • Return devices purchased from 1-800-T-MOBILE or the online store within 20 days to the following address:
    National Returns Processing

    La Grange GA 30240
    Include your name, address, and home phone number in the return package and state whether it is a return for credit or a return for exchange. The credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited 25 – 30 days after the returned device is received.

    NOTE: If you wish to cancel service, you will also need to call Customer Care within 20 days of receiving the device.
  • If you placed your order at a retail store or through an authorized dealer, return the device to the place of purchase.
  • If your device has not been delivered, simply refuse delivery of the package and the device will be returned.
