How do I check the number of minutes I have used?
You can check your minute usage free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To check the number of minutes you have used, refer to the following information.
From your phone:
Using your T-Mobile phone, dial #MIN# (#646#), and then press Send. You can view your current usage and the date and time of the last recorded call.
OR
Select the My Account link in t-zones® to check your remaining minutes and usage details. Every visit is FREE.
On the Internet:
Log in to your free My T-Mobile account. For information on logging in or registering, go to How Do I Log In to My T-Mobile?
Over the phone:
To interact with our voice response system, call 611 from your T-Mobile handset. When asked what we can help you with, simply say, Minutes.
NOTE: We will check your calling records and instantly display the number of Whenever Minutes® used, along with the date and time of last rated call, all on your phone.
NOTE: If your plan includes unlimited weekend minutes, unlimited weeknight minutes, or unlimited mobile-to-mobile minutes, those minutes will not be displayed. (Example: A Get More® Plan with 600 Whenever Minutes and unlimited weekend minutes would only display Whenever Minutes used and any additional minutes beyond the 600 included minutes.)
