Why Am I Unable to View or Modify My Paperless Billing Settings?
Only Primary Account Holders can modify Paperless Billing settings. If you had previously enrolled in Paperless Billing and have changed your Primary Account Holder to another line on your account, The Primary Account Holder must log in to MyT-Mobile and use the My Profile link to view or make changes to your Paperless Billing settings. If you are the Primary Account Holder and are still unable to view or modify the Paperless Billing settings, please contact Customer Care.
NOTE: If your account is currently suspended or if you are on an ineligible rate plan, you will not be able to make changes to your Paperless Billing settings.
