Multiline primary account holder permissions management
The Primary Account Holder has the ability to set online access permissions for the other people on the account. If you are the Primary Account Holder, you will have access to a Web page that allows you to choose how much information the other people on your account can view. You can also decide whether the other people are allowed to make changes to their rate plans, choose services, or have access to other options. For information on becoming the Primary Account Holder for your account, go to How Do I Establish Myself as the Primary Account Holder for My Multiline Account?
NOTE: The designation of a Primary Account Holder does not apply to accounts with only one line, business, government, and T-Mobile Prepaid accounts.
